OVERVIEW
The product I worked on, Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, was being absorbed into Dynamics 365 Guides and a small team from both products was put together to handle the transition. I was an IC designer collaborating most frequently with the 2 senior designers on the team. I was responsible for the hands on work like fleshing out design flows from higher level frameworks and running the UR studies that I co-designed with my UXRs. This was a year long process of envisioning this new combined platform, testing prototypes, and eventually releasing the first version to customers.
